Rebecca King has more than 10 years’ experience in learning and organisational development in public and private organisations.
As Learning and Development Manager for Curtins Engineering Consultancy, Rebecca is responsible for the professional development, content and qualifications for Apprentices, Graduates and Management across all technical and non-technical roles.
Rebecca leads on the direction and delivery of Curtins vision for L&D and the wider associated People Strategy. She has developed the Curtins Academy Graduate Development Scheme, STEP Ahead Management Programme, oversees all professional development, Chartership pathways and manages STEM engagement throughout Curtins 14 UK offices.
Rebecca has a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (AssocCIPD), whilst currently holding a CIPD Merseyside & North Cheshire Committee and Branch Treasurer role.
Rebecca has also been part of some pioneering industry initiatives such as Reverse Mentoring though the Association of Consulting Engineers (ACE) and now heads up the Reverse Mentoring Champion role on a national level.
